Foxtec-Ikhwezi supplies high volume Forged non-ferrous products with an extremely high degree of process capability, precision and quality as standard.

Through our Partner Otto-Fuchs we have been involved in the development and system partnerships in the fields of steering systems. We provide the technical capability, expertise and resources to support our customers from the conception of a design through to series production.

Due to some specially developed alloys we can significantly reduce the weight of suspension components at high ductility and corrosion resistance of the parts.

Company Profile

Foxtec-Ikhwezi (Pty) Ltd, a joint venture between OTTO FUCHS (70%) and the local partner IKHWEZI Investment Holding (Pty) Ltd. (30%), based in East London, South Africa, started with production in September 2006.

As from 2007 on, Foxtec-Ikhwezi supply's parts to the South African and also European production plants of Mercedes Benz from East London. Thus an already very successful business link will be expanded and strengthened in the long term. Read More »
