Foxtec-Ikhwezi's Quality Management System is based on international standards. We are ISO certified to IATF 16949 which is applicable to the automotive industry. view certificate

Quality assurance is ensured with both machine capability and process capability by means of statistical process control on machines and process parameters to ensure a good quality product.

The Quality Management System caters for our unique hot forging process which leads to CNC machining and assembling of suspension components and ensuring that all safety relevant characteristics are according to customer requirements.

Foxtec-Ikhwezi strives to not only meet customer requirements, but also exceed customer requirements, not only have customer satisfaction but customer delight. Customer relationships and satisfaction form the foundation of our business.

In our Laborotary, we are equipped to do the following testing on our products: tensile testing, buckling tests, macro and micro analysis, hardness and conductivity testing, etching facilities and dimensional testing as per our customer requirements.
